For the last three years the students of Carroll College have surprised us by donating the proceeds of fundraising events they organised to support Muddy Puddles. This year was no exception. I was thrilled to attend a recent assembly at the College to accept over $1000 raised by these exceptional students. I met Xavier House Captains, Tahlia Cowan and Jack Gallen, who organised a market day and other fundraising activities to support their local charity Muddy Puddles.
These funds will go towards the purchase of much needed speech therapy resources that will help our new Speech Pathologist, Jess, to support our clients. Thank you Carroll College students for living your values and demonstrating compassion and community support.
